Welcome to Raabe Restoration

Welcome to the first blog post of Raabe Restoration! We are excited to start the journey of sharing our experiences, tips and tricks with our community. Given this is our first post, we would like to give a little introduction. Raabe Restoration was founded with the idea of not only restoring homes in our community, but helping prevent future issues from arising. This is the reason you will see preventative waterproofing and environmental testing in our list of services. While we love bringing older homes back to life, we want them to be just that, older homes. We want to help you maintain your home for years to come. We recognize that some things are out of your control, including fire, flood and natural disasters. It is our mission to restore your home and help prevent and mitigate future disasters.

Now that we’ve shared our mission, get to know the team. Founder Kyle Raabe has years of restoration experience in Central Pennsylvania and knows the ins and outs of the area’s frequent home troubles. A Certified Professional Home Inspector and Penn State Biology grad, Kyle knows how to properly restore homes and knows what to look for when testing them, especially against one our area’s biggest threats… MOLD! Working alongside Kyle is our foreman, Jesse Cowfer. With a background in the mold remediation industry, Jesse has been performing disaster restoration since 2017. You will often see Jesse managing on-site and ensuring that your project is completed to our standards. Read more about our team here.

We want this blog to serve as just one of the connection points between us and our community. Feel free to drop a comment here or connect with us on our Facebook and Instagram accounts. For project inquiries or to schedule a free estimate check out our Contact Us page. We look forward to sharing more and hope that you will join us on our restoration mission. Thank you for your support and we look forward to connecting with you!
